Aaron Phypers, the husband of Denise Richards, has filed for divorce after six years of marriage.
Court documents reviewed by Fox News Digital reveal that Phypers listed July 4 as their separation date and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The pair, who wed in 2018, did not have children together.
Richards, 54, is the mother of three daughters: Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and Eloise, 14, whom she adopted in 2011 following her divorce from Sheen.
Phypers, 52, is seeking spousal support, claiming he has had no income for the past year after closing his business. He stated that Richards earns over $250,000 monthly through her OnlyFans account, her reality TV ventures, and various brand partnerships.
In his filing, Phypers outlined the couple’s estimated monthly expenses of about $105,000, which included $20,000 for clothing, $18,000 for rent, $10,000 for groceries, $8,000 for utilities, $15,000 for dining out, and $15,000 for entertainment.
He also requested that he and Richards split ownership of their business, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment, as part of their community property settlement.
The couple previously appeared on Richards’ reality series Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, where Phypers was shown helping her manage her OnlyFans account. Richards admitted she was hesitant at first about joining the platform, known largely for adult content, but later recognized it as a lucrative opportunity. Phypers often advised her on which photos would appeal most to fans.
Richards, born February 17, 1971, is an American actress and television personality best known for her roles in Wild Things, Starship Troopers, and the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough. She has also appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and starred in her own reality series.
Phypers, a former actor, founded a Malibu-based holistic healing center specializing in frequency medicine, using light and sound therapy. Before Richards, he was married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan from 2015 to 2018. He and Richards met in 2017 at his practice, became engaged shortly after, and married in Malibu on September 8, 2018—just 48 hours after their engagement.
