From tabloid headlines to near-total privacy, the wrestling icon’s children’s lives have taken unexpected turns—and these photos show just how much they’ve changed.
Growing up in the spotlight as the kids of pro wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, Brooke and Nick Hogan were once reality TV regulars and tabloid fixtures. Now both in their 30s, the siblings have taken very different paths through fame, family conflict, and personal transformation.
Brooke Hogan, 37
Best known as the daughter of the wrestling icon, Brooke first entered the public eye as part of her family’s reality TV empire. But by 2008, she was ready to branch out on her own.
That year, VH1 launched “Brooke Knows Best,” a Miami-based spinoff that followed the aspiring singer’s move to a new city. But behind the scenes, her relocation came amid deep family turmoil.
In 2008, Brooke’s parents’ 24-year marriage had unraveled, and the public learned that her mother, Linda Hogan, had filed for divorce after allegedly discovering that Hulk had an affair with Brooke’s former best friend, Christiane Plante.
The accusations ignited a war of words. Linda’s publicist insisted Hulk’s cheating was the real reason for the split, while Hulk’s legal team accused Linda of chasing attention.
Despite the chaos, Brooke eventually found love of her own. Ice hockey player Steven Oleksy publicly confirmed their relationship in January 2024 in a rare personal post that read in part, “I value privacy on a deep level, but I guess some secrets are just too amazing to hide forever.”
The couple eventually tied the knot in June 2022. However, in the background, Brooke’s family friction didn’t fade as in March 2025, Linda shared a scathing Facebook post directed at her daughter.
She accused Brooke of distorting the past, claiming, “Brooke is a narcissist just like her dad,” and denied the abuse Brooke has alluded to in public.
The post referenced drinking, physical altercations, and strained loyalties after the divorce. However, a day later, Steven publicly defended his wife, standing by her character in the wake of Linda’s accusations.
Through it all, Brooke remained largely silent—especially when it came to her father. Though their relationship had been strained in recent years, she reportedly had one final, emotional phone call with him just two weeks before his 2023 wedding to Sky Daily.
According to those close to her, Brooke expressed love and concern, urging him to slow down for the sake of his health. He offered an apology during that call, though he never clarified what he was sorry for.
In July 2025, Brooke was informed of Hulk’s passing via a message from her brother, Nick, sent to her husband. Despite the distance in their final years, Brooke told those close to her she was grateful to have had that last chance to express her love for her dad.
Nick Hogan, 34
Like his older sister, Nick grew up in the public eye as part of the family’s reality TV brand and garnered a reputation as a cheeky troublemaker. But in 2007, his life changed forever following a devastating car crash in Clearwater, Florida.
At just 17, Nick lost control of his speeding Toyota Supra, colliding with a palm tree and critically injuring his 22-year-old passenger, John Graziano. The accident drew national attention, and Hulk’s son served five months in jail for reckless driving.
Years later, in 2010, Nick publicly expressed remorse in his first televised interview since the crash. Fighting back tears, he admitted there were still days he struggled to even get out of bed. At the time, he said he was committed to turning his life around.
But trouble resurfaced in 2023. He was arrested in Clearwater once again—this time for allegedly driving under the influence. Police claimed he was speeding near parked patrol vehicles, appeared visibly impaired, and refused a breathalyzer test.
According to the affidavit, officers noted Nick was swaying, had unsteady balance, and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Then, in March 2025, the Hogan family’s fractured dynamic was back in the headlines.
In an emotional video posted to social media, Linda described her family as “the worst mess,” lamenting her estrangement from Brooke. However, she added that she still had a relationship with her son, calling him “such a good boy.”
Things looked promising for a brief period, as in January Nick got married, marking a new chapter in his life after years of personal and legal turmoil.
Sadly, by July, he lost his father and shared a heartfelt tribute on social media. “My dad was the most incredible person I’ve ever known and will always be my hero,” he wrote.
Together, Brooke and Nick Hogan have faced public scrutiny, personal setbacks, and complicated family ties—all while growing up in the shadow of a wrestling legend. Now in their 30s, they’ve each taken separate paths but remain central figures in the ongoing legacy of Hulk Hogan.
